In Short: We collect the personal information you choose to send us, and limited, anonymous information about how our website is used.

Information you provide to us. When you contact us by email, or through a contact form on our website, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The name of your organization and your role
• The content of your message and any files you attach

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how our website is used and how quickly it loads. These tools collect aggregated, anonymous data such as the pages visited, the referring website, browser and operating system type, device type, approximate country, and page performance measurements.

These tools do not use cookies and do not collect information that identifies you personally. Visits are counted using a temporary identifier that is not stored and cannot be used to track you across other websites or over time.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also process technical information such as your IP address in server logs for the purposes of delivering the website and protecting it against abuse.

Sensitive information

We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, sensitive personal information such as health data, religious beliefs, or political opinions. Please do not include such information when you contact us.

In Short: Yes. Our service providers may process your information on servers located outside Lebanon.

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and our service providers may store and process data in the United States, the European Union, or other countries. Where we transfer personal information outside Lebanon, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

In Short: Only for as long as we need it.

We keep correspondence and contact details for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and for any longer period required by law, such as for accounting or tax purposes. When we no longer need your personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

If you believe your information has been handled improperly, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. Because there is no agreed standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, we do not respond to them. However, as described above, our website does not track you across other websites.
